Perhaps it was because it was so ridiculous. I wish that there had been more of the men in the movie exp. “Big” . More of the story in NYC would have been appreciated,
I agree with the folks who have said that the movie was insulting to The Citizens of UAE….mocking their customs was not cool.
Sarah Jessica Parker’s figure is still very cute , but sorry to say her face is really starting to become a clock stopper.
Cynthia Nixon was as usual very good in this movie , as far as one could be in this movie . Kristen Davis and Kim Cattrell were good too , Cattrell is funny and never changes…I agree with someone who wrote that “Carrie” acted like a spoiled brat…grow up all ready lady , you are in your mid to late 40′s…
I know I have pretty much contradicted myself here as I have claimed to have liked the movie , but have trashed it , but I did still enjoy it , I guess because it was still a bit of SITC…..

If I’m not mistaken, the older the dwarf, the longer is his beard. There’s other reasons too, but they’re spoilerish and I don’t know if you’ve read the book.

ps: I find the tag “bechdel test: fail” to be completely hilarious. Tolkien doesn’t even get a “you tried” star. For anything.
