Kills Me Dead

Hobbits are my least favourite species in Middle Earth but I still liked this.

Somewhat awkward to see with your parents.

Feels like two separate movies Frankensteined together.

File under "Films I see because Gary Oldman is in them for five minutes."

Do not let the poor rating deceive you about how much I loved this.

If you like spooky without having to endure many modern horror movie tropes, this could work for you.

I cried. You'll probably cry.

Well within Spielberg's comfort zone but not exactly his crowning effort in this area.

What has two thumbs, speaks limited Hungarian, and is right up my alley? This movie!

I think it’s probably really hard to make a movie this devoid of cynicism in this day and age.
