In a fit of boredom, Audrey and I caught the late show at the movies tonight and saw The New World because absolutely nothing else was playing. (WHY DID THEY TAKE MUNICH AWAY BEFORE I GOT TO SEE IT? IT WAS AT OUR THEATRE FOR LIKE TWO WEEKS, WTF.) We decided it was not nearly as bad as the previews made it look, and so now we’re wondering if Beowulf and Grendel will have the same fate. Anyway, the movie was slow without being tedious and it had the absolute cutest babies EVER in it, omfg. I rather enjoyed the supreme lack of dialogue. And that’s really about all I have to say about it.
